Position Overview

As an Intern, Process Quality at C&S you will gain real world experience through interesting, challenging and meaningful work while contributing to the bottom line. C&S is the ideal place for you to make professional connections, get hands on skills and see the latest technological tools in action. You will have the opportunity to network with other interns and C&S employees, learn about different areas of the business and develop professionally. You would be exposed to building an annual budget/forecasting for the location, production of weekly operational reports, weekly analysis of financial and operational performance and production of explanatory report, ad-hoc financial and process analysis, delivering reports to senior management, assisting with managing regional and/or local projects, and developing/automating operational reporting using Microsoft Excel/Access.


The Process Quality team is responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis as well as process improvement activities within a warehouse location. The intern would report to the local Process Quality Manager.



  • Assist with completion of the location's budget and with weekly financial reporting 
  • Gain exposure and knowledge on the department functionalities
  • Assist with one regional operational project and one report automation project
  • Provide feedback for process improvement
  • Adhoc projects and daily responsibilities as assigned


  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Project Management or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new applications - WMS system
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Eagerness to learn and accept challenges
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
