    Position Overview

    As an HR Operations Specialist you will support administration of HR Operations programs and expenses. The HR Operations Specialist will administer programs such as paid time off, property management, and benefits billing.   Additionally, the HR Operations Specialist will ensure accurate and timely processing of all HR expenses. To be successful in this role, you will have a customer-service orientation and a passion for building partnerships and relationships. We’re looking for a team player who can be accountable and flexible with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a drive for process improvement.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze paid time off discrepancies, conduct testing for system configuration updates, and provide excellent customer service to employees with paid time off questions or concerns
    • Administer daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly benefits billing.  Duties include vendor research, quality checking amounts, communicating approvals and tracking all invoice data
    • Process all HR invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and communicating approvals to multiple departments
    • Assist the Employee Resource Center as needed in processing cases and providing superior customer service to all C&S employees
    • Maintain company owned and leased properties in partnership with relocation
    • Prepare properties with high touch attention as appropriate, including purchasing necessary items prior to move in
    • Assist in various HR Shared Services projects including, creating trackers, filing documents, and researching data discrepancies in a team setting as well as individually
    • Handle situations which require adaptation or extensive research
    • Provide receptionist support, answering phones, receiving packages, and welcoming guests two hours each day and/or as needed
    • Continuous process improvement

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, equivalent experience considered
    • Customer service and administrative experience preferred
    • Proven ability to juggle, multi-task, and manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality or deadlines
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Solid organizational and file management skills
    • Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
